Disassembly

Each treatment starts with the disassembly of the machine. Large and heavy parts as well as small parts, whether or not equipped with electronics or hydraulics, are disassembled separately. The disassembly process is very important, because rust and oxidation start in places where preservation is poor. During the disassembly process we also check extra for rust and oxidation. Exactly these spots receive extra attention in the treatment plan.

Overhead cranes

For disassembly, our employees have access to 2 overhead cranes, each with 2 x 12.5-ton winches, which gives us the option of lifting 50 tons. These winches allow all parts to be disassembled and assembled again safely and without damage.

Work order board

During the disassembly process, all separate elements are given a recognizable place in the production process. This information can be found on the work order board. Each object is provided with this board throughout the entire process. The work order board is filled with information regarding specific work instructions, painting specifications, storage locations for parts and customer requirements. By bundling this information, every employee has access to the information he needs in his work process.
