We have been spraying/painting excavators for many years. In addition to spraying excavators, we also treat other equipment that is used in civil engineering, such as bulldozers and shovels. Because these machines are exposed to heavy loads due to use and (weather) conditions, damage or rust formation can occur. In that case, the machine can be treated with paint systems provided with conservation standards from C2 to C5. You can also have your excavator sprayed by us for customizing or refreshing the company colours of excavators.
Working process in excavator spraying
To spray an excavator, it is first disassembled. Parts that are not sprayed along with the rest of the machine, such as windows, lamps, rubbers, etc., are removed and placed in one of the storage rooms. After disassembly, the excavator is cleaned in our washing area. Then the machine is taken to Preparation. Here, the old coating is removed with sanding machines and the parts that are not to be painted are covered with tape, paper or foil. In case of rust, we use the needle hammer. This hammer knocks off the rust on metal and leaves a smooth surface.
