Paint booths

Gouweleeuw’s specially equipped painting facilities offer space for all parts of your equipment. The location on the Ondernemersweg is equipped with so-called combined paint booths. Spraying work is immediately followed by a state-of-the-art drying process.

An important detail is that the components remain indoor throughout the process. The 11 paint booths with dimensions which vary in length offer space for all parts of your equipment. For example, large parts such as masts are sprayed in our special mast booth.

We have 11 spray booths (l x w x h):

• Booth no. 1 = 30 x 10 x 12 meters
• Booth no. 2 = 25 x 10 x 12 meters
• Booth no. 3 = 20 x 10 x 12 meters
• Booth no. 4 = 35 x 5 x 12 meters (particularly suitable for spraying telescopic parts, also 12.5 ton overhead crane for support)
• Booth no. 5 = 15 x 5 x 3 meters
• Booth no. 6 = 25 x 10 x 12 meters
• Booth no. 7-9 = 16 x 6 x 6 meters
• Booth no. 10 = 17 x 8 x 8 (combined with a drying chamber of 8 x 17 meters and a 20 ton overhead crane for internal transport from the paint booth to the drying chamber)
• Booth no. 11 = 40 x 10 x 9 meters (particularly suitable for spraying equipment from the off-shore industry, including a 12.5 ton overhead crane for support)

All our paint booths are equipped with Wall-man lifts and fall protection!
